Life Stock Take

To do our Life Stock Take, we are using the lower diagram, which known as the “WHEEL OF LIFE”.

The center should mark as zero. The line extended outward mark equally from 1 to 10.

There are total of 7 lines. Each line represent an item as follows:

1. Mental
2. Physical/Health
3. Family
4. Social
5. Financial
6. Spiritual
7. Vocation/Work

Grade these item from 1-10.

1. Mental: How positive are you?
2. Physical: How healthy are you?
3. Family: How do you get along with your parents, spouse and children?
4. Social: How do you get along   with your friends and   working peers?
5. Financial: How well do you manage your money? Do you manage to save?
6. Spiritual: How often you spent time in this sector?
7. Vocation: How much you enjoy what you are doing? 

Next, joint the grade  (7 points) around. Look at the shape formed. Now relate the shape against your peace of life and this determine your total wellbeing.

How smooth and fast of your life goes depends on the shape and size of the wheel its formed.  Wheel looks rounder, the better it is. Size of the wheel does not matter.

Life is a process. Learn to adopt and enjoy the process of whatever you do. You will appreciate life with no regret. Going too fast in general,will miss out a lot on the essence of  life. Remember, there is no turning back of time. Treasure every moment or it might be gone forever.
