Welcome and Thanks for visiting my blog. This blog is created for the same purpose as the workshop I had design. Having the objectives of sharing about life experiances and how we are able to acknowledge, understand, reflect, accept, apply and master the learning in order to enhance our total wellbeing and enjoy in our life journey.
It comprise of knowledge base information, video clips, assessment exercises and many more.
Information is knowledge. Constructive application is the oppourunity of transformation to enhance life. Giving us a sense of reborn or fresh starts to fulfill our present life and regain happiness.
BLOG COVERAGE
Our wellbeing consists of several areas: Mental (mind), Physical (health), Family, Social (friends and associates), Financial, Spiritual (can be religion), Vocational (work/career). Some individual wellbeing might consist more of the above however others might be lesser.
In this blog, I would like to cover the 7 areas which I had mentioned. They will be support by video clips for our knowledge. New video clips will be posting up in the respective area. Therefore, you are advise to scroll through to explore any new posting.
I had arranged in this way, giving us an opportunity to browse through what we might missed earlier, which might be important for us to learn.
